At EuroOptica™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn frames in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your eyewear in its original designer case and branded box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

  • 3.
    Ship to EuroOptica™

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
